1. Who this policy covers
Verixa is operated by Sicily Labs. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit Verixa, apply for an organization account, contact our team or use our acceptance-testing and training tools. For account administration, applications, service communications, billing administration and security, Sicily Labs determines the purposes of its processing. For personal information an organization places in a workspace, that organization generally decides why the information is used; Verixa processes it to provide the service under that organization’s instructions. Paddle has its own responsibilities for payment processing. Different roles can apply to different information.
If you received a survey invitation or your employer, school or training provider created your account, read that organization’s notice too. This policy does not replace its obligations to explain its own decisions or collection of information.
2. Information we handle
- Applications and accounts: names, contact details, organization information, business identifiers and optional profile information you provide.
- Workspace content: projects, requirements, tests, outcomes, defects, comments, uploaded evidence, branding and reports.
- Training and surveys: participant details, assignments, reports, feedback, assessments, questions and responses.
- Service information: account activity, technical information such as IP addresses and browser details, and records needed for security and service administration.
- Billing information: subscription details, transaction references, amounts, currency, tax and payment outcomes. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider.
