Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Verixa, operated by Sicily Labs, Kigali City, Rwanda. Verixa provides tools for requirements, acceptance testing, defects, evidence, surveys, training and related administration. The person applying for an organization account must have authority to act for that organization and the legal capacity to enter the arrangement.

The Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) explains information handling, and the Refunds & Cancellation Policy (opens in a new tab) explains billing requests. A separate signed order or service agreement may specify additional terms and its order of precedence. A payment provider’s buyer terms govern the payment services it supplies. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply.

Provide accurate application and account information and keep it current. Application submission does not guarantee approval, paid access or a particular service level. Use an account assigned to you and do not share passwords or verification codes.

Organization administrators are responsible for invitations, role assignments, participant notices and the instructions they give users. Remove access when it is no longer appropriate. Tell us promptly about suspected misuse. Account access and available features depend on permissions and subscription terms.

Plan features, prices, capacity and the available trial duration are shown in the service or applicable order. Trial days can vary under the platform policy or a specifically approved extension. A trial does not promise perpetual free access. Do not create duplicate or misleading applications to evade eligibility or usage limits.

Complimentary plan or add-on grants are temporary usage allowances. They are not cash, a stored financial balance or an automatic invoice discount. Their type, quantity and expiry control their availability. A trial extension is for an eligible unpaid trial; it is not a change to a paid subscription’s renewal date.
