1. Purchases and payment provider
This policy explains how to request billing assistance, stop future subscription renewals or seek a refund for Verixa. It is part of the Terms of Service (opens in a new tab). When Paddle is the merchant of record, its Buyer Terms (opens in a new tab) and Refund Policy (opens in a new tab) govern the payment transaction, alongside your mandatory rights.
A separate written order may describe a non-Paddle purchase arrangement. Follow its billing contact and applicable terms. Nothing here removes a refund, withdrawal, cancellation or remedy required by the law applicable to your purchase.
2. Amounts, currency and renewal
Check the plan, monthly or annual cycle, currency, recurring add-ons and complete amount before paying. Processing charges and taxes may form part of the amount shown. Your checkout confirmation and receipt identify the transaction; a displayed service price alone may not be the final amount.
A recurring subscription renews under the terms accepted at purchase unless an effective cancellation or change prevents it. An unpaid trial does not itself establish a paid renewal instruction. A complimentary benefit is not a refund, cash credit or automatic cancellation of an existing paid plan.
3. How to cancel a renewal
For a Paddle purchase, use the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support (opens in a new tab). Subscription controls may also be available from your organization’s billing page. Keep the cancellation confirmation and check its effective date.
