User acceptance testing software, from test case to sign-off.
Verixa brings test cases, executions, defects and formal approvals into one place, so your team always knows what is tested, what is broken, and what is ready to ship.
Built for everyone who makes UAT happen
From the people writing test cases to the people signing off the release, each role gets the tools it needs and nothing it does not.
QA leads
Plan the run, then watch it land
Write test cases, group them into runs, assign the work and follow progress from one dashboard, across every project.
Testers
Always know what to test next
Claim the next test from the queue, record the result, and log a defect with severity the moment something fails.
Approvers & business owners
Sign off with the evidence in front of you
Review results against your quality gates, approve the run formally, and export a PDF report for stakeholders.
Training coordinators
Onboard people on the real system
Run training programs, review the reports trainees submit, and collect feedback with surveys, all in the same workspace.
And for Org Admins: invite your team, set roles and project access, and manage the plan, all in one place.

Questions, answered
Straight answers about signing up, the trial, billing and how the team uses Verixa.
Verixa is for organizations. Apply once with your organization’s registration and tax details and a contact person. A platform administrator reviews the application and approves your account, and you choose your plan after you are approved.
Your first trial lasts 7 days. No card is needed up front. The trial begins when you pick your plan after your account is approved.
Access to your workspace pauses until you choose a plan and pay. You can still sign in to reach the plan and payment pages, and nothing is deleted automatically.
Choose your plan and pay securely at checkout using an available payment method. You do not need a separate payment-provider account. Processing charges and applicable tax are shown before confirmation. Add-ons are billed with your subscription.
Each plan covers a fixed number of users, projects, trainee seats and storage, shown on its pricing card, so your bill does not rise with every person you add. When you outgrow a plan, move up to the next one, or contact sales about Enterprise, which offers custom terms, invoicing and on-prem options.
Yes. Each person sees the tools for their role. Testers work from an execution queue: claim the next test, record the result, and log a defect if it fails. Approvers review results and sign off. Org Admins and QA Leads see every project, while other roles see only the projects they are assigned to.
Yes. Import your requirements traceability matrix from an Excel (.xlsx) file, and export test cases and reports as PDF or download the matrix to share with stakeholders.
Yes. The Training area lets you set up training programs, add trainees, review the reports they submit and send surveys. Trainees get their own portal, and their seats are counted separately in your plan.
